🧠 What If You Had a Step-by-Step Way to Tackle Social Challenges—Rooted in a structured, problem-solving framework/process?

Equity is one of the most complex and urgent issues in education today. But many school leaders are asked to solve it without tools, time, or real support. We built a platform that helps.

In support of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration (NPBEA) PSEL-3 standard, we’ve created a guided, digital workbook that walks you through a proven process to:

  • Define social challenges you see in your school or district

  • Uncover the root causes through community engagement

  • Co-create ideas that respond to what students, families, and staff actually need

  • Test and reflect on solutions

  • Build your team’s capacity to do it again

Now, we need you.
Help us shape this powerful problem-solving tool.
